Brand Marketing Director

In this role at Scoutible, you will be working directly with our CEO and senior leadership team to tell the world the story of our product and company. Additionally, you will help solidify our brand and the marketing strategy to support our current and upcoming products. You must be a superb creative marketer and an eye for design is a strong plus. Scoutible’s culture and existing products give you the building blocks to be successful in this role, and to tell an authentic, consistent and powerful narrative across all audiences we touch.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand development and/or product marketing in a startup environment.

  • Suberb written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills and a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative but also process and scale-driven, and love analyzing data to make strategic decisions.

  • Love for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity; you will be working across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.

  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blogs, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

  • You have a strong, personal attachment to Scoutible's mission to help people uncover their greatest strengths and achieve their potential in life

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day:

    • Evangelize as our resident storyteller, and the steward of our brand, and ensure consistency of our brand voice across all touchpoints

    • You will be the owner of the voice, look and feel of the Scoutible brand. You will build a cohesive visual aesthetic for the brand across all channels and come up with new, creative tactics and campaigns.

    • Craft a thought leadership strategy including blog content and speaking engagements, and build inspiring presentations to promote the story of our product and the painpoints we solve.

    • Create high-quality product content (e.g. sales enablement collateral, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses, sharable content) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.

    • Design conversion funnels and own the generation of new sales pipeline, running experiments and A/B testing campaigns to engage and convert prospective customers.

    • Together with the product and biz ops team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits

    • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) is a plus
