At Scoutible, our Unity 3D Game Art Generalist is responsible for constructing a wide variety of game assets in Unity. This includes modeling, texturing, assembling, lighting, animating, and optimizing environments in Unity. The generalist will work with a close-knit team of engineers and designers to create and polish Scoutible's next mobile game experience.

Required skills and experience:
4+ years experience as a 3D artist or generalist developing Unity games
Proficiency in 3D modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, UV editing, normal mapping
Experience optimizing Unity scenes for mobile devices and low-end hardware
Willingness and ability to collaborate directly with game engineers and designers
A strong design portfolio (please submit with your application)
Experience building and optimizing shaders
Experience directing short cinematic cutscenes and animations
Basic scripting or programming knowledge
